DEATH BENEFIT Updated On: Dec 14, 2011 After receiving numerous calls about elevating the contribution to the Death Benefit from $10.00 to $20.00 we have decicided to do just that. From this month forward contributions will be $20.00. Current participating members will now be assessed an additional $30.00 totaling $60.00 as a base contribution. Any members wishing to enroll this VOLUNTARY FUND can do so at  the $60.00 base contribution with a $20.00 asessment at each members death.
